I know this scene has all sorts of important stuff to say about how history is simplified, artistic license, etc etc, but I couldn’t really focus on anything except - they changed the features of Adams, Jefferson and Franklin in the painting to the faces of Paul Giamatti, Stephen Dillane and Tom Wilkinson. Hah!

And look at how freaking handsome TJ/SD is in this painting!
